Currently, frames and gear are available on our website for U.S. and Canada customers only. For international sales, contact us at support@quarrycycling.com.
WARRANTY
We stand behind our products. Here’s how we’ve got you covered:
We offer a 3-year limited warranty on frames for the original owner. If there’s a defect in the materials or craftsmanship within that time, we’ll repair or replace the frame.
Components we don't make ourselves — like axles and seat clamps — are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties.
Regular wear and tear, damage from accidents or misuse, or any modifications made after purchase are not covered under warranty. We want you to ride without worrying about your bike, but some wear is just part of the journey.
Contact us at support@quarrycycling.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll pay the return shipping.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase. But if it’s not quite right, here’s what you can do:
Since our frames are built-to-order, unbuilt and unused frames (excluding custom frames) may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product for a 70% refund (minus shipping).
Unused gear may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund (minus shipping).
Make sure it’s in the original packaging with all parts included.
Contact us at support@quarrycycling.com with your order details and the reason for your return, and we'll walk you through the return process.
Custom frames and sale items are non-refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
