We stand behind our products. Here’s how we’ve got you covered:
What’s Your Warranty on Frames?
We offer a 3-year limited warranty on frames for the original owner. If there’s a defect in the materials or craftsmanship within that time, we’ll repair or replace the frame.
What About Components?
Components we don't make ourselves — like axles and seat clamps — are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties.
What Isn’t Covered?
Regular wear and tear, damage from accidents or misuse, or any modifications made after purchase are not covered under warranty. We want you to ride without worrying about your bike, but some wear is just part of the journey.
How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?
E-mail us at support@quarrycycling.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll pay the return shipping.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase. But if it’s not quite right, here’s what you can do:
Can I Return My Purchase?
Unused frames or gear may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund (minus shipping). Make sure it’s in the original packaging with all the parts included. A restocking fee may be added for a frame that was assembled or ridden.
How Do I Make a Return?

What Items Are Excluded From Returns?
Sale items are non-refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
